VENDOR SALES PROPOSAL
Dear Committee, thank you for taking the time to consider Addictive Wear for your merchandising needs. Our goal is to provide excellent service to help ensure the success of your event. Below are the details of several key items we can supply. We are pleased to offer pre-convention pricing to bring greater value to you. The first two proposals deal with shirts and merchandise, the third proposal deals with exclusive jeweler sales. we are happy to make any adjustments to suit your needs. The only thing that is not adjustable is that we request
at least 5 tables and a secured room.
Merchandise Details Our shirts are 100% preshrunk cotton. We can help you choose the best color in advance to give your shirts
that WOW effect to compliment your artwork. Additional colors for on-site purchases are also available. Standard colors are available at no charge, and we also carry various tie dyes. Details on color are available
upon request. Our 11 ounce Coffee mugs are high quality white ceramic. They are designed with resilient heat applied graphics for durability. Our jewelry is .925 silver. We have a wide variety of rings for men and women. We also offer pendants, bracelets, chains, and earrings. Some pendants and earrings are also available in gold.
_______(initials required). PROPOSAL#1 Pre-order convention shirts are $12, mugs are $8. On site during the convention small thru x-large $18 and 2x thru 5X are $22. On site purchase of convention mugs are $20 each. Hooded sweatshirts small through X-large are $25 2X-5x are $35. These prices have been successful in past conventions. We will make each shirt right on site, Shirt pricing will not compete with your convention prices. Making shirts on demand will mean no shirts are leftover, which is great for overhead cost savings. For all convention merchandise sold, Addictive Wear will give 30% of its sales to the committee. The committee will sell the customer a ticket that they can exchange for their merchandise. The 30% will be given
to the committee at the end of the convention.
For all non-convention items sold from our store, addictive wear will give 20% of all sales to the committee. Non-convention items include T-shirts (pre-made and so available for customization on the spot), buttons bumper stickers, jewelry and other miscellaneous specialty items.
There will be no additional charge if the convention supplies the vectored artwork. If you require our service to create the artwork, there will be a $15 per half hour charge for the
graphic artist.
_________( initials requiredPROPOSAL#2 Addictive Wear will be a vendor at your convention selling all above items during the sales hours of the convention. We will submit a bid to pre-make all your shirts and mugs so that the convention merchandise can be sold by the committee themselves and not at the addictive wear booth. Cost will be determined based on quantity pre-ordered. Colors and sizes (small through x-large are one price, and 2XL through 5XL
will be a higher price)
___________(initials required)_PROPOSAL#3 It you do not choose us as your merchandise vendor, we can set up with just jewelry and NA literature(provided by WSANA. We have a large selection of men and women's jewelry. Our main selection we have rings, bracelets, chains and pendants. If we are contracted solely for jewelry, we can still accommodate last minute shirts and mugs if your artwork is available on a flash drive.
Additionally, We can sell NA Literature supplied by the Chicagoland Western Suburbs Area
I receive no profit or commissions on NA Literature sales
